Arch Screen
The arch screen is mechanically cleaned bar screen, which is utilized to remove solid particles from wastewater. Screen bars which has an arch form is placed into the channel concave part facing flow direction. Arch shape bars are placed tangential to the channel bottom which provides solid particles move easly to the screen.

Cable Operated Bar Screen
Cable operated bar screen is a mechanically cleaned screen screen which is installed in the inlet works of treatment plants, pumping stations and water inlet structures to capture solid materials which otherwise would be harmful to following processes and to the downstream equipment. Cable operated bar screen is expecially prefered for deep chanels because of its right angle installation. So, It is prevented to lose place in horizontal and its shorter channel lenght need is make the concrate works less expensive

Multi Rake Bar Screen
Multi Rake bar screen is a mechanically cleaned screen screen which is installed in the inlet works of treatment plants, pumping stations and water inlet structures to capture solid materials which otherwise would be harmful to following processes and to the downstream equipment. Clogging posibility is minimized by using several rakes which are lined on a pair of eddless chain instead of one rake which is operated by an arm. Screen opening can be manufactured up to 5 mm, so it can be efficiently used for the applications which need small screen opening.

Rotary Drum Screen
Rotary drum screen used for solid removal from waste water and protection of mechanical equipments follow the screning unit. It is very effective solid-liquid seperation devices with opening with opening down to 0,25 mm. As the dimensions of solid to be retained decrease, cleaning of the surface becomes more important. The cleaning blade ensures an efficient surface cleaning which is supplimented by the backwashing action provided by an flushing nozzle system.

Static Screen
Static screens are used to remove solids from waste water; hence they reduce the solid load to other treatment stages and protect mechanical parts in those proceses. Main difference between static screens from other ar screens is much smaller bar spacing. It is possible to strain waste water mre effectivelly with 0,25mm openings. As the size of removed particles get smaller, it becomes more important to continously clean the screen surface. Energy of incoming wastewater is utilised to clean screen surface for static screen.

Screenings Wash Press
Solid waste materials which are captured by screens are in big volume and their volume must be reduced by means of compacting process. Screenings washpress is developed for washing, dewatering and compaction of screenings and it is extensivelly used in medium to large size treatment plants. It is working with backpressure principle and necessary compaction in the press is provided by backpressure which is created by accumulated solid waste in discharge pipe.

Travelling Band Screen
Travelling band screen is designed tor installation in the inlet works of treatment plants, pumping stations and water inlet structures to capture solid materials in order to protect iolowing processes and downstream equipments. This type oi screen has abiity to deal with large variations in water level and depths with high efficiency. The travelling band screen has an endless band ot perforated screening panels carried on a vertical travelling path. The panels are connected to the drive chains supported by two sprockets on the head shaft which is driven by an electric motor gear unit. The panels are cleaned by a washwater system with nozzles.
