Channel Penstocks

Flow in channels is controled by penstocks in municipal and industrial waste water treatment plants, potable water treatment plants and power plants.

MASS channel penstocks are manufactured from mild steel or stainless stainless steel and they are resistant to waste water. They are flat and running in slide rails. Watertightness is supplied by “P” and “double lip” seals. They work with a very small leakage rate, 0,4 liters/min/m. as estimated.

Sluice Gates

Sluice gates are used in municipal and industrial waste water treatment plants, potable water treatment plants and power plants, at inlet and outlet of tanks to supply isolation.

MASS sluice gates are manufactured from mild steel or stainless stainless steel and they are resistant to waste water. They are flat and running in slide rails. Watertightness is supplied by “P” and “double lip” seals. They work with a very small leakage rate, 0,4 liters/min/m. as estimated, But it must not be forgotten that pressure sides and rate are the most important effects to determine the leakage rate.

Weir Type Penstocks

Weir gates are used for adjucting water level in basins and flow control in distribution chambers in municipal and industrial waste water treatment plants, potable water treatment plants and power plants.

MASS weir gates are manufactured from mild steel or stainless stainless steel and resistant to waste water. They have flat surface and run in slide rails. Watertightness is supplied by “P” and “double lip” seals.

Stoplogs

Stoplogs are widely used in municipal and industrial waste water treatment plants, potable water treatment plants, power plants and water intake structures to control flow in channels. MASS sloplogs are manufactured from mild steel or stainless steel and they are resistant to waste water.

Door of Stoplogs can be manufactured as one part or they can be from several part to reach required door height. This kind of application provides more flexible usage to control flow in channels. Water tightness is supplied by “P” and “double lip” seals.
